How to Verify Your Lucky Dreams Account
You must access the Verification tab on 'My Account' where you will see three sections displaying the documents needed to fully verify your account.
Please check the 'More Info' instructions on each document section as this will explain how each one should be uploaded.
You should not upload multiple versions of a document as this may unnecessarily increase verification time.

To fully verify your account we will need:
1. Proof of Identity: this could be a National Identity Card, Passport or Driver's Licence.
2. Proof of Address: if this is not already shown on your Identity, we require a separate document such as a Utility Bill or Bank Statement dated within the last 3 months and showing your full name and address.
3. Proof of Payment: If you have used a debit or credit card to deposit at Lucky Dreams we would need a copy of both sides of the card.
Front side must show the first 6 and last 4 numbers along with the expiry date.
Reverse side should hide CVV for security purposes.
We may occasionaly require further documents from you. This would be communicated specifically via the email address on your account if reqiured.
If any of the three sections (Proof of Identity, Proof of Address or Proof of Payment) are pending verification, you will see a button saying 'Verify My Account' on the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
Once all submitted documents have been verified, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided on registration.
We may require additional information from time to time depending on account activity and/or payment methods used. This would also be requested via email to the registered email address on your Lucky Dreams account.
If any of the three sections (Proof of Identity, Proof of Address or Proof of Payment) are pending verification, you will see a button saying 'Verify My Account' on the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
You can also check the status of your documents by accessing the Verification tab in 'My Account'. If the section has a green tick it means that the document is verified.
We may contact you for additional verification depending on your account activity or payment methods used.
A few examples would be:
- Verified documents have expired
- You are using a new debit/credit card to deposit
- Substantial deposit activity is observed via a single non-card payment method.
You can deposit without completing verification. However, in some situations we may require certain documents from you to verify the ownership of a payment method.
This would also be requested via email to the registered email address on your Lucky Dreams account.
Verification is required for the first time you process a Cashout at Lucky Dreams.
It may also be requested on an individual basis as part of routine account checks.

In the case of deposits via Cryptocurrencies we would not require payment verification.
However, we would need both Proof of Identity and Proof of Address to allow us to identify possible duplicate accounts and as such limit abuse and fraud.
